After receiving an error filled website that the developers weren't fixing. After a scheduling interface that made my calenders more difficult to navigate. After paying a premium price for services I didn't need... I requested to cancel my account. 22 days later, I got charged again. After staying on hold for nearly two hours to cancel, I requested cancelation and a refund of the funds taken erroneously. They finally canceled my account but never issued a refund. Terrible customer service. Sad.

Overall it's not bad. I like the concept! I don't get notifications about messages randomly which makes it hard to trust. The web page is fine I do get contacts out of the program, however I have always had a content coming soon message on the page. I price things different then what their program offers but I make it work. The booking program and payment system does work pretty good except that you have to create a new invoice which isn't attached to the original booking but not terrible.

Do Not Waste Your Money. The whole thing is a joke. The website they made worked for about a week and it's been down ever since. I've been trying to cancel for over 1 months and have dated emails from multiple people telling me it's just an error sorry for the confusion. Then wake up to another charge on my card for a service that I don't want but more importantly does not work! Spend your money on literally anything else.
